About me

I remember feeling lost and overwhelmed when I hit 40.

Juggling a career, family, and trying to take care of myself felt impossible. My energy was zapped, my confidence was low, and my joints were aching. I had just been told I was ‘clinically obese’ and I was suffering early symptoms of peri-menopause.

I knew I needed to make a change, but I didn't know where to start.

I discovered the power of personal training. Through strength training and learning how to nourish my body properly, I regained my energy, confidence, and joy. It wasn't about crash diets or grueling workouts, it was about finding a sustainable approach to health and fitness that fit my life.
